The Ultimate Guide To Choosing Your Floor Music

How to Improve Your Artistry

Your Choreographer, Based in Dublin

My background is deeply rooted in the world of gymnastics and dance. I am a former competitive gymnast and a certified Women’s Artistic Gymnastics coach with Gymnastics Ireland. My 13 years of coaching experience includes five years spent nurturing high-level gymnasts, proudly leading them to numerous Women’s Artistic Gymnastics national titles at levels 7 through 10. Furthermore, my decade of experience as a gymnastics judge provides me with a unique insight into what judges look for. This allows me to expertly structure routines and coach gymnasts towards excellent execution and captivating artistry.

Complementing my gymnastics expertise is my lifelong passion for dance. I pursued formal dance training for two years, earning a higher national diploma in dance. This comprehensive dance education allows me to bring a unique artistic perspective to gymnastics floor choreography, crafting beautiful routines that are specifically tailored to each gymnast’s individual style and strengths. Being based in Dublin, I am ideally positioned to serve gymnasts and clubs throughout Ireland.

My choreography experience extends to working with talented gymnasts in the Irish national program. I have had the privilege of choreographing floor routines for members of the Irish International Development Squad and the Irish Olympic Start Squad. It’s a testament to the effectiveness of my approach that Flair floor choreography was performed by three Floor champions at the National Super Series Championships in 2019.
