Beyond the headlining performance by 1MILLION Dance Studio, attendees will be treated to a diverse lineup of Korean and Korean-American talent. Prepare to be captivated by the powerful vocals of Korean American singer-songwriter and actress Ailee. Ailee’s journey to K-pop stardom began with her impressive performances on the Korean television show Singer and Trainee. Her hit song, “I Will Go to You Like the First Snow,” from the CJ ENM drama Guardian: The Lonely and Great God, achieved record-breaking success, becoming the most streamed K-pop song and dominating Korean music charts.
Adding to the diverse musical offerings, HYPNOSIS THERAPY, a Seoul-based electronic-hip hop duo, will bring their unique sound to the stage. Comprising rapper/producer JJANGYOU and producer Jflow, HYPNOSIS THERAPY has garnered attention from major publications like Vogue and Hypebeast for their debut album. JJANGYOU’s dynamic stage presence, honed through his experiences on the Korean rap survival program Show Me The Money and international performances, combined with Jflow’s seasoned production skills, promises an engaging and energetic set.
The evening’s program extends beyond these headliners, featuring performances from local dance crews OFFBRND and Hush Crew, and a K-pop DJ set by New York’s DJ Peach. Interactive activities will further enrich the experience, including art making, a karaoke lounge hosted by DJ Dayglow, and a K-pop fan zone in the 465 Bar and Restaurant hosted by @kpop_in_mass. In the fan zone, guests can engage in fun activities like creating friendship bracelets, trading photo cards, and participating in a random play dance led by Jamie Wong of Boston-based K-pop dance crew Kosmic.
