Starpath Dance Academy, serving the Cary and Apex, NC areas, has officially opened enrollment for their new dance season following a unique and successful “COVID year.” The academy wrapped up their previous season in mid-June 2021 with an innovative series of 10 outdoor dance recitals held in the parking area of their Apex location.
Over the weekend of June 12th and 13th, 2021, Starpath Dance Academy brought dancers, instructors, and families together for these special outdoor performances. The dance school creatively transformed their space into a safe and spacious venue, complete with a tented stage for performers and comfortable audience seating. The recitals showcased the talents of students of all ages across various dance genres. Highlights included heartwarming Daddy Daughter dances, Parent-Child dances, and a memorable finale where all students joined together in a dance across the parking lot, culminating in a surprise stage appearance by their teachers.
Lindsey Kaplowitz, Founder of Starpath Dance Academy, shared her enthusiasm about the event: “We were overjoyed to be able to host such a joyful and secure event. For many of our dance families, this was their first large in-person gathering in over a year. It was an incredibly special weekend. Providing a safe and happy environment for the children in our community throughout this past year has been profoundly meaningful to us.”
Exciting news for aspiring dancers! Enrollment for Starpath Dance Academy’s 2021-2022 dance season officially began on July 6th. In addition to seasonal classes, Starpath Dance Academy is also offering a variety of engaging summer camps. Starpath Dance Academy warmly encourages new and returning dancers to join their dance family and become a part of the studio’s vibrant community, with the opportunity to participate in next year’s highly anticipated recital.
