At Pacific Dance, we understand that life happens, and sometimes you might need to miss a class. To ensure you don’t fall behind in your dance journey, we offer a courtesy make-up class system. This policy outlines how you can take advantage of make-up classes at Pacific Dance.
If you are absent from your scheduled dance class, you are welcome to request a make-up session in a comparable class. To be eligible for a make-up class at Pacific Dance, you must be currently enrolled in a class. It’s important to note that make-up classes should be taken within one month of your absence. Once your enrollment at Pacific Dance concludes, any unused make-up opportunities are forfeited, as make-ups are non-transferable.
To request a make-up class, please use our Make-Up Request Form, which can be found [link to form – replace with actual link on ten-dance.com]. Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your desired make-up class time, and you can request a make-up up to two weeks in advance. After submitting your request, Pacific Dance will send a confirmation email to notify you of the status of your make-up class. Please be aware that not all classes are available for make-ups. Pacific Dance reserves the right to refuse a make-up request if the class is already full or if the class level or age group isn’t suitable for the student.
For students enrolled in standard class durations, please be aware that make-up classes are designed to align with your registered class length. If you wish to attend a 90-minute class as a make-up and are not enrolled in a 90-minute class, you will need to use two make-up credits to attend.
While we strive to accommodate all make-up requests, we cannot guarantee a make-up class will be available that perfectly fits your schedule, age group, or skill level. If this is your first time requesting a make-up class with Pacific Dance, please remember to check your SPAM or JUNK folder for our confirmation email from [email protected] within 48 hours of submitting your request. We encourage you to complete the Make-Up Request Form to begin the process.
