Join the LADIES OF LAVIDA PERFORMANCE TEAM and become part of a powerful group dedicated to building strong, confident, and high-level female dancers. This team welcomes dancers of all ages and backgrounds, proving it’s never too late to pursue your dance dreams.
Our classes blend stretching, cardio, and choreography in Latin Fusion, incorporating styles like Ballroom/Latin Fusion, Jazz, and Jazz Funk. Over the dance season (September – June), you’ll learn two choreography pieces for stage performances and another for a summer video project. Performances take place at various events, including our annual LaVida show production and local stages.
