To submit your application, you can visit the Denver Excise and Licenses office in person. For in-person service, it is recommended to schedule an appointment through the appointments website. The office is located at 201 W. Colfax Ave., 2nd Floor, Wellington Webb Municipal Building.

- Online payments can be made using a bank account, Mastercard, Visa, or Discover card.
While online payment is preferred, in-person payments are also accepted. After receiving your invoice, you can make a payment at the Community Planning and Development cashier counter, also on the second floor of the Wellington Webb Municipal Building. Cashier services are available Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, checks (payable to “Manager of Finance”), Visa, Mastercard, and Discover card.

Step 5. License Issuance Process
Once you have completed all the necessary steps and requirements outlined below, you can request your license to be emailed to you. Email [email protected] with your request. Please include your Business File Number (BFN), along with the business name and address in your email.
For license issuance, ensure that:
- All required documents are fully completed and submitted (if applicable).
- All fees are paid in full.
- All necessary inspections are successfully passed (if applicable).
