This means they should be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. Shoes must also be returned in their original packaging. It’s essential to include the original invoice or a return form with your returned items to facilitateスムーズ processing.
Please note the following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards and e-gift certificates
- Cosmetics
- Underwear and tights
- Earrings
- Customized or embellished products
- Items marked as “FINAL SALE”
If any of these non-returnable items are sent back, unfortunately, a refund will not be issued.

- Choose Your Return Method: You can opt to return your items via a Happy Returns Return Bar location for a drop-off service, or choose to use a pre-paid return label that you can print and affix to your package.
- Return Shipping Fee: A flat fee of $6.95 will be charged for using either the Happy Returns Return Bar service or the pre-paid return label. This fee will be deducted directly from your total refund amount.
Option 2: Using Your Own Carrier
For customers who prefer to use their own shipping carrier, you are welcome to do so.

- Refund Timeline: The time it takes for the refund to be credited back to your account depends on your bank’s policies, but it typically takes 7-10 business days from the date the refund is issued by Discount Dance Discount.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items from Discount Dance Discount
In the unfortunate event that you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Discount Dance Discount is committed to resolving the issue promptly.
- Return within 60 Days: Please return the item(s) within 60 days from the shipping date to the return address provided above.
- Shipping Cost Refund: If you are returning damaged, defective, or wrong items, Discount Dance Discount will refund your return shipping costs. To receive a shipping refund, please include a copy of your shipping receipt with your return form. Please note that only standard carrier services will be refunded.
- Return Reason Code: To ensure efficient processing, please select the appropriate Return Reason Code on the return form and clearly specify the damage or defect.
Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items
If you would prefer a replacement for a defective or damaged item, Discount Dance Discount will gladly send out a replacement of the original item, at no additional cost to you, provided the item is still in stock. If the item is no longer available, you will receive a full refund in the original form of payment.
