Meet the Creative Minds Behind Danny Go Dance

Danny Go Dance isn’t just a fun and engaging kids’ show; it’s the brainchild of a talented and passionate team dedicated to creating quality children’s content. Get to know the people who bring Danny Go Dance to life:

Daniel Coleman (“Danny Go”)

Daniel, the face of Danny Go Dance, resides in North Carolina with his wife Mindy (“Mindy Mango”) and their two sons. His dedication to children’s entertainment is inspired by icons like Fred Rogers and Dick Van Dyke, and fueled by the simple joy of entertaining his own children. Beyond entertainment, Daniel is deeply passionate about supporting special needs families, a cause close to his heart due to his son Isaac’s battle with Fanconi Anemia. Daniel’s creative talents are central to Danny Go Dance, as he writes most of the songs and co-directs and edits the videos.

Michael Finster (“Bearhead”)

Based in North Carolina, Michael is the musical genius behind Danny Go Dance. Donning the Bearhead costume, he’s also a key on-screen personality. Beyond his character role, Michael produces all the music, creates the 3D animations, and shares directing and editing duties for the videos. When he’s not bringing Bearhead to life or crafting catchy tunes for Danny Go Dance, Michael enjoys relaxing with smoothies and his rescue cat, Marcus.

Matthew Padgett (“Pap Pap”)

Matthew, along with his wife Lauren and their three children, calls North Carolina home. His background as an electrical engineer brings a meticulous approach to the business operations of Danny Go Dance. While managing the brand’s business aspects, Matthew also contributes his musical talents, co-writing songs and creating the soothing instrumental lullabies featured in Danny Go Dance.

Dominic Geralds (“Gerald”)

Dominic, along with his wife Natalie and their dog Meeka, is also based in North Carolina. A professional drummer with years of touring and recording experience, Dominic brings his rhythmic expertise to Danny Go Dance. As a long-time friend of the team, he joins in filming Danny Go Dance whenever his touring schedule permits, adding his drumming talents to the vibrant mix.

Mindy Coleman (“Mindy Mango”)

Mindy, Daniel’s wife and the “Mindy Mango” of Danny Go Dance, resides in North Carolina with Daniel and their sons. Her creative spirit extends to various crafts like pottery and sewing. Notably, Mindy is the talent behind Danny’s signature teal outfits, custom-dyeing them to ensure Danny Go’s distinctive look.

The team behind Danny Go Dance blends diverse skills and passions, all united by a common goal: to create engaging, educational, and entertaining content for children. Their dedication and creativity are what make Danny Go Dance a standout in children’s media.
