Approximately one week before your scheduled show date, the Director of VIP Programs will contact you via email with detailed information about your VIP package elements. Please be aware that all package elements are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, and name changes are not permitted. Package ticket locations may be in side sections and can vary depending on the venue. Exclusive merchandise must be collected on the night of the show, and you will need to present a valid ID of the original purchaser for pick-up. Merchandise is not required for entry to the show itself. The collectible laminate is a commemorative item and does not grant access to the venue or backstage areas.
