Mark your calendars for an unforgettable evening on April 5th, 2025! The James H. Rainwater Conference Center will transform into a dazzling stage for Dancing with the Stars of Valdosta. The evening’s schedule is designed to provide a seamless blend of entertainment, elegance, and opportunity to support a worthy cause:
- 5:45pm: Begin the evening with check-in and pre-show festivities. Guests can purchase drink tickets and soak in the vibrant atmosphere as anticipation builds for the main event.
- 6:00pm: Cocktail Hour commences, extending onto the outdoor patio. Enjoy captivating aerial dance performances by VSU Dance students and groove to live music performed by talented VSU musicians in the open air. Capture the glamour of the night at the dedicated DWTSV photo area.
- 6:30pm: Indulge in a delectable Dinner Buffet. The menu, to be revealed prior to the event, promises a delightful culinary experience to complement the evening’s festivities.
- 7:30pm: The main Performances begin! Prepare to be mesmerized by the Parade of Stars, an exciting Open Dance, and more breathtaking performances. The energy will be high with live music provided by the VSU Faculty Jazz ensemble, ensuring a dynamic and unforgettable show.

- Individual Ticket: $125 per person: Grants admission for one to this exclusive fundraising event.
- Standard Table: $1,200 per table of 10: Gather your friends or colleagues for a wonderful group experience at a reserved table for ten guests.
- Sponsorship Table: $1,500 per table of 10: Elevate your support and gain recognition! $300 of your table cost becomes an additional donation to the star of your choice. Benefits include a named table to promote your business or name, listing as a sponsor on event posters, and verbal acknowledgement from event hosts during the evening.
