- Orders for your dance booties placed before 1 pm (French time – GMT + 1), Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, are typically processed and dispatched to the carrier on the same day.
- Orders confirmed after 1 pm (French time – GMT + 1) on a working day will require one additional working day for processing and dispatch.
Track Your Dance Booties:
You can easily monitor the progress of your order at any time using your parcel tracking number. This number is available in your secure personal space under “Your Account.” You can also track your package directly on the websites of our shipping partners, Colissimo (www.colissimo.fr) or DHL (www.dhl.fr). Free Click & Collect in France:
For our customers in France, we offer a complimentary Click & Collect delivery option to Repetto stores located throughout France**. This convenient service allows you to pick up your dance booties at your chosen store.
This Click & Collect delivery usually takes 24 hours for orders placed before 1 pm (GMT + 1) Monday to Friday, and within 2 working days for orders placed after 1 pm. The store will contact you as soon as your package arrives, and you will have 15 days to collect your new dance booties.

Return
We want you to be completely satisfied with your dance booties from ten-dance.com. If for any reason the size isn’t right or the style isn’t quite what you envisioned, you can return items with charge* within 14 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be in their original condition, complete with all original packaging (including accessories, instructions, shoe box, plastic pouches, and labels), and must be new, unworn, and unwashed.
Easy Return Process:
To initiate a return, simply log in to your personal account on ten-dance.com and navigate to the “My Orders” section. Find the relevant order and click on “View Details.” You will then see a “Make a Return” button, which allows you to select the specific dance booties or items you wish to return. After making your selection, you can download and print your return form and prepaid return label directly from your account. We also send these documents to you via email for your convenience. Please ensure the return form is included in your return shipment. For your security, we recommend keeping the stamped proof of deposit for your return package.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive your returned dance booties, we will inspect them and process your refund within 15 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please be aware that depending on your bank’s processing times, it may take several business days for the credit to appear in your account.
Delivery Charge Refunds:
Please note that delivery charges are only refunded if you are returning your entire order. If you are returning only a portion of your order, the original delivery charges will not be refunded.
