Monthly Tuition Billing Explained
Revolution Dance Center operates on a monthly tuition system for regular classes, running from September to June. For your convenience, tuition is billed on the 5th of each month. The payment method you registered during enrollment will be automatically charged. This charge covers the current month’s tuition and any outstanding balances on your account.
Should a payment issue arise with your registered card, we offer a grace period until the 15th of the month to settle your balance. Payments made after the 15th will incur a late fee of $10. We encourage timely payments to avoid any additional charges and ensure uninterrupted access to our dance classes at Revolution Dance Center.
How Tuition is Calculated at Revolution Dance Center
Our annual tuition is carefully calculated based on the total number of dance weeks in our academic year, which is then evenly distributed across the nine months from September to June. For the 2024-2025 school year, we have a comprehensive 35-week dance program. This means that while some months might include more or fewer classes than others, the monthly tuition amount remains consistent. This approach ensures a predictable and manageable payment schedule for our Revolution Dance Center families, reflecting the total value of our annual dance program rather than the specific number of classes in any given month.
Make-Up Class Policy for Dancers
We understand that students may occasionally miss a scheduled dance class. At Revolution Dance Center, we offer a flexible make-up class policy to ensure dancers don’t fall behind. If a dancer misses a class, they are welcome to attend a make-up class of the same age group and skill level within the same month of the absence. If the missed class occurs in the last week of the month, the make-up class can be taken in the following month.
There’s no need to pre-schedule make-up classes. Simply arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to your chosen make-up class, and pick up a make-up slip from our front desk. Our friendly staff will guide you to the appropriate studio.
