This year, individual photoshoots are exclusively for students who pre-order. To ensure your dancer receives their individual portraits, please place your order before the class photo session. Orders placed on the same day should be checked in with our on-site team to guarantee individual photos are taken. While all students will be part of the class photo, individual photos are reserved for pre-orders only.
To order photos for multiple dances or costumes, kindly complete a separate form for each. Simply fill out one form, add it to your cart, and then fill out another for each additional dance. When you’re ready to checkout, click the cart icon in the upper right corner.

- High-Resolution Digital Images: Receive stunning, high-resolution digital images with a print release, allowing you to print and share your photos as you wish. A download link will be emailed to you approximately 3 weeks after photo day. Please ensure you add [email protected] to your email contacts to prevent your download link from being marked as spam.
- Professionally Edited Individual Photos: Enjoy 2 professionally edited individual photos, expertly selected by our photo studio to showcase your dancer in their best poses.
- Professional Headshot: Your package includes 1 professionally selected headshot, perfect for portfolios or keepsakes.
- Bonus Unedited Proofs: As a special bonus, you’ll receive ALL unedited digital proof images from your dancer’s photoshoot. This is an exceptional offer not typically included by most photography studios!
Want to capture the class spirit? A digital class group photo add-on is available for only $10 when you purchase an individual photo package. Please note that the class photo is not included in the standard digital package but can be added at this discounted rate.
Refund Policy: Kindly be aware that “no-shows” are not eligible for refunds. We understand schedules can be uncertain, so we offer day-of ordering (without the early bird discount) for those unsure if their student can attend photo day. Thank you for your understanding.
Looking for Prints? Professional quality print options will be available to order online after the event for dancers who pre-order the digital package. An online gallery link for print orders will be shared after photo day.
