Tuition Policy
Tuition is conveniently charged monthly to your credit card or checking account around the first of each month throughout our regular season, which runs until June 30th. For students participating in our spectacular June recitals, “The Big Show” and “Twinkle Star Showcase,” June tuition is required. Most months include four classes; however, some months may have five, while others might have three due to holidays. Tuition is calculated based on the number of classes per month, ensuring you are only charged for the classes your dancer receives.
Enrollment
We welcome new students to join our dance community at any time! Enrollment is ongoing, though please note that restrictions may apply after March for classes preparing for June performances. Tuition is pro-rated for students joining mid-month, making it easy to start dancing whenever you’re ready.
Seasons
Tiffany’s Dance Academy offers dance classes year-round in Fremont. Our main season extends from early July through June, providing consistent dance education. We also offer exciting summer classes and camps during July and August to keep the rhythm going throughout the summer months.
Online Portal
Stay updated on your account balance and manage your dance journey through our online portal. Once registered, you can easily check your account at tiffanydance.com/dancer-login. For any assistance, our friendly team is also available at (925) 447-5299.
Drop Policy
Need to adjust your schedule? Classes can be dropped at any time by submitting a drop form. To avoid charges for the upcoming month, please ensure you submit your drop form by the 15th of the current month to halt automatic payments.
Refund Policy
Please be aware that tuition is non-refundable for scheduled classes, regardless of attendance. Registration fees are also non-refundable. We encourage you to make the most of every dance class!
Make-Up Policy
During our regular season (August – June), Tiffany’s Dance Academy does not offer make-up classes. However, for classes missed in July, we provide the flexibility to make them up in either July or August, ensuring continuous dance learning opportunities during the summer.
