- A starter kit including 2 trash bags, one roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, 3 dishwasher pods, liquid dish soap, and shrink-wrapped hand soap for each bathroom.
Please note: Effective January 1, 2024, towels, including bath towels, washcloths, hand towels for the kitchen and restroom, and bath mats, are no longer provided. Guests are responsible for bringing these items. Linen fees have been adjusted to reflect sheet rental only.

- Age Requirement: Renters must be 25 years of age or older and must present ID at check-in.
- Minimum Night Stay: A 3-night minimum stay is required during peak season (May 15th – Labor Day Weekend, and some major holidays). A 2-night minimum stay applies during the off-season (Tuesday after Labor Day Weekend – May 15th).
- Booking Deposits: A booking deposit and a refundable security deposit are charged upon reservation. - Payment Schedule: The remaining reservation balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. For reservations made within 30 days of check-in, the complete balance will be charged at the time of booking.
