At Discount Dance, we understand that sometimes a purchase might not be the perfect fit. That’s why we’ve made our returns process as easy and convenient as possible. We want you to feel confident shopping with us, knowing that returns are straightforward should you need them.
60-Day Return Window and Item Conditions
You have a generous 60 days from the original ship date to return most items for a refund. To ensure a smooth return, please make sure your items meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- Shoes must be returned in their original packaging.
- Please include the original invoice or a return form with your return.
Keep in mind that exchanges are processed by returning your item and placing a new order for the desired items.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and other reasons, certain items are considered final sale and cannot be returned. These include:
- Gift cards and e-gift certificates
- Cosmetics
- Underwear
- Tights
- Earrings
- Customized or embellished products
- Items marked “FINAL SALE” online
Please be aware that if these items are returned, a refund will not be issued.
Multiple Return Options For Your Convenience
Discount Dance offers several return methods to suit your needs:
Happy Returns Return Bar
We’ve partnered with Happy Returns to offer a streamlined, box-free return experience. You can start your return online and drop off your items at a Happy Returns Return Bar location. Please note a $6.95 fee applies for using this service, which will be deducted from your refund. You can learn more about Happy Returns here.
Pre-Paid Return Label
You can also opt to use a pre-paid return label provided by Discount Dance. A $6.95 fee will also be deducted from your refund when using this option.
Using Your Own Carrier
If you prefer, you can use your own shipping carrier to return your items. In this case, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. For returns via your own carrier, please send to the address provided below.
Return Shipping Costs and Processing Time
Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or wrong items (see below). We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items with your own carrier, as Discount Dance is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
Once your return is received at our warehouse in Forty Fort, PA, please allow 3 business days for processing and for your refund to be issued. If you use the Discount Dance pre-paid label, you will receive an email notification when your return arrives at our warehouse. Refund processing times by your bank typically range from 7-10 business days depending on their policy.

Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you received damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, please return it within 60 days of the ship date. In these instances, Discount Dance will refund your standard return shipping costs. To receive a shipping refund, please include a copy of your shipping receipt with your return form. Only standard carrier services are eligible for shipping cost refunds for damaged, defective, or wrong items.
To help us process your return efficiently, please select the appropriate Return Reason Code and specify the damage or defect on the Return Form. We are happy to send a replacement for defective or damaged items, at no additional cost, provided the item is still in stock. If a replacement is not available, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
