All VIP package elements are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, and name changes are not permitted. Package ticket locations may be in side sections and will vary by venue. Exclusive merchandise must be picked up on the night of the show, and a valid ID of the original purchaser is required. Merchandise is not necessary for entry to the show. The collectible laminate is commemorative and does not grant access to the venue or backstage areas.
