She honed her skills through extensive training at Angie Luke School of Dance, immersing herself in various genres including Ballet, Ballet Pointe, Jazz (Beginner and Advanced), Modern Dance, Belly Dance, and Tap (Beginner and Advanced). Beyond formal classes, Mrs. Williams’ early experiences included participation in the Eye of the Tiger Drill Team (1982-1988) and the Dancing Dolls Drill Team (1989-1991), foreshadowing her future leadership of the celebrated Dancing Dolls. Her passion extended into higher education where she captained the California State Dominguez Hills University Cheerleading Squad (1997-1998), further solidifying her leadership and performance skills.

In 2001, Dianna Williams established the Dancing Dolls Dance Team at Pied Piper Playhouse, marking a pivotal moment in her career. This venture was more than just creating a dance team; it was about building a legacy. Prior to this, she founded and choreographed for the Grove Park Dancerettes (2002-2004) and the Prancing Diamonds (2007), showcasing her early leadership and choreographic talents. She also contributed to Callaway High School Chargettes (2006-2008) and the Jackson Association For Majorettes, demonstrating her wide-reaching influence in the dance community.
Her involvement extended to Jackson State University, where she served as Sponsor/Costume designer for the Twirlers (2004-2009) and Banner Girls (2007-present), further embedding her within the fabric of dance education and performance.
Dollhouse Dance Factory: Cultivating Dreams
Driven by her vision, Dianna Williams founded Dollhouse Dance Factory in Jackson, Mississippi, which opened its doors on August 23, 2010. Starting with 23 students, the studio quickly grew, reflecting her reputation and the quality of her teaching. By its 8th semester, Dollhouse Dance Factory had expanded to over 75 students, becoming a hub for aspiring dancers.
